The warp of CORDURADUCK original fabric uses Zimbabwe cotton to weave cotton yarns of varying thicknesses. while the weft uses tough and soft 1000D CORDURA nylon. It is very difficult to weave warp yarns of varying thicknesses. Only with the skills and experience accumulated by craftsmen over the years can they weave unique fabrics that are smooth and flexible. The finished product has the natural texture and soft feel of cotton. as well as the gloss and toughness of nylon.
